Terms of Business

As we are selling the Hall and Collins Signature Echo Unit by mail order, you are fully covered by the “Distance Selling Regulations 2014.  This means that should you not find our unit to your liking, please advise us and return the item to us within 14 days of receipt – the cost of the return courier is your expense.  We will examine the unit and as long as it is in the same condition as it was supplied we will refund the full cost except the post and packing.
