If the machine is to be returned you are responsible for packaging and sending the unit back to us, our support team will advise you of the address. Upon receipt if we find a warranty failure we will repair you unit free of charge and cover the return shipping by courier to your home. You will be kept fully informed during this process.
The warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage. Any claim made that is not covered will be advised to the consumer along with a quote for repair and return.
